i've heard of several earthquakes in japan that have made me worry about my guncle and auntie...
but today i was a bit more on edge.  turns out, guncle and auntie are super lucky.  they actually live quite south from where all the excitement happened but were on an adventure further north when it hit.  they were still lucky to have avoided any havoc.  luckily.  they are worried about their friends (i think they know everyone in japan).  a lot of heartache and anxiety have only just begun for their country.  i'm certainly glad they're safe, but hope and pray for all of japan.

she's getting older.  she doesn't particularly like to hang out with mom anymore.

this is a genuinely happy smile.  she's having fun.

got this idea from another blogger... and since i love taking pics, whether with my phone or with any other random camera i find laying around my house, i thought it was a grandioso idea-o.

the goal is to post 1 pic a day, narrated or not.  we shall see.

and since i already had this blog started from way back when, i figured i'd make some use of it.
